The Lucrezia bag is Riccardo Tisci’s new interpretation of a day bag. It comes as a synthesis of all Givenchy’s signature elements: a pure and architectural structure contra
sting a sophisticated femininity.
Lucrezia – the essence of a strong and independent spirit – captures what the Givenchy woman stands for. It translates into a modern-day urban bag with a simple yet elegant shape requiring elaborate craftsmanship.
The boxy shape presents balanced proportion and perfect symmetry. It is vertically striped by triangular leather covered detailing finishing into two handles. An oversize zip and a shoulder strap add a sportswear element to the graphic lines. Metal studs, triangular metal loops and leather covered bottom corners enhance sophisticated distinction.
Cut in soft nappa, croco and lizard printed leather, vegetal calf leather, paisley printed coated canvas, braided leather or grained goat skin, the Lucrezia bag comes in XS, S and M sizes. It will be available in all Givenchy shops and specialty stores worldwide from December 2012.
